Built in 1995, by Outsiders Shorty, Portland, OR. Evidently, this 4 cylinder engine was an ongoing project. He originally carved his wooden case patterns to take Panhead cylinders, then he changed to Shovelhead, and modified the patterns still a third time to take Evo cylinders.

Mark Rowe had one he was finishing up in his shop a few years ago when I was there. Built his own valve train etc. Nuts and was going in a rider. Also had an ironhead one about 90 percent complete he had started decades before. The new one was just about finished when I saw it.
