Rich, I believe those CHP looking tanks were my friend Paul's who had a small chopper shop in Long Beach back in the late 60's and early 70's. Inside the badge was a hand painted "lady of justice" with her scales but she was being raped by some cops, etc. You had to look close to see it as from a distance it looked like the stock CHP logo. i'm sure he had watson do them. My dad had a shirt w/that image, I'll never forget it.
