No, not tacked, but I don't think it'll rattle where they cross over.
You like that wall of plates? That's my 50 state mc plate collection, and my Colorado mc plate collection from 2000 to 1950. I have Colorado mc plates back to '36, but I don't have room out there for all of them.
I have boxes of mc plates - all the Canadian Provences (including The Yukon, and the Northwest Terr. plate in the shape of a walking polar bear), all the Aussie States & NZ, cop plates, Shriner plates, funeral escort plates, Mexican plates, etc. A friend of mine got me hooked on collecting them...like I needed another thing to collect!
Are those tacked where they cross? Or do they rattle? The wall-of-plates is neato . . .
